• Additional work outside the agreed scope requires client approval and may incur extra charges.

• Appointment times are scheduled based on availability.
• Clients must provide accurate access information for the property.
• Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe conditions, or missing materials may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made with reasonable notice.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
• Late or unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or collection action.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the scope of work
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Remove or secure personal belongings before work begins
• Obtain necessary permissions or approvals where required

• Workmanship is performed to industry standards.
• Any workmanship concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or third-party interference.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• T Handyman Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues or hidden defects.
